central location helpful staff ample space
the location was central. the staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. the family room had ample space for luggage and relaxation.
The television remote needed new batteries. It was a bit unresponsive at times.

mixed experience, some drawbacks, convenient location
dated decor poor soundproofing
The room felt quite dated, honestly. the decor was tired, and the furniture showed its age. the bathroom was especially disappointing, with outdated fixtures. also, soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

helpful staff clean room limited breakfast unhealthy options
The staff members were friendly and helpful. My room had everything I expected and was clean (I always appreciate that).
The breakfast could use some improvement. It felt more like a kid's breakfast with so many cereals. There were no eggs or healthier options (I would have preferred more options).
